FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where can I park during my stay?
There is a gated parking area right on site! Once you’ve checked in online, you will receive codes to enter both our secure parking area and your room.


What is the cancellation policy?

Reservation charges are fully refundable if canceled before 4 PM CST, 14 days in advance of your check-in date (less a $30 administrative fee). This policy may vary for holiday and special event dates. If you do not cancel your reservation within the stated period, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.


Email your cancellation request to info@greyhoundinntx.com. Be sure to include your reservation number.
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

The Greyhound Inn is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, schedule changes, illness, or any other unforeseeable events that may affect your reservation.


Is payment required upon booking?

Yes, all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card, with the full amount for room rates and taxes authorized and paid in full at the time of booking. If needed, our operations manager will call to confirm the card number.


What does a contactless hotel process look like?

Unlike a traditional hotel, we do not have a concierge onsite. However, there is always someone available. If you need assistance, feel free to call or text (903) 476-3911 to speak with a manager.


Guests will receive a text message with a link to check in an hour before arrival.
Once the online check-in process is complete, guests receive a code via email that grants them access to our secure parking lot, common areas, and room.


Guests should have everything they need upon arrival, as all rooms are stocked with extra towels, blankets, ironing boards, etc., Housekeeping refreshes rooms upon request, and guests are encouraged to call or text with any specific requests.


Is there a restaurant on site?

While we do not have a restaurant on site, we are within walking distance of everything our downtown square has to choose from. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, biscotti from Janie’s Cakes, and bottled water.


Is there an Elevator?

The property does not have an elevator, and all guest rooms, except for two of our suites, require stair access.
We do have an ADA accessible room, handicap parking, and a ramp on the first floor.


Are pets allowed?

To keep our property free of any unnecessary allergens or disruptions, Greyhound Inn is not pet-friendly. We are happy to recommend a local boarding option. Please see our guest policy for additional details.
